Our expert programme leaders have extensive experience of facilitating learning and development for private and public sector organisations worldwide.

They can also design customised in-company accreditation programmes, focused on your development needs.

Our programme can be linked to your competency frameworks, learning outcomes and action plans to provide development, as well as accreditation, for your team.

Janet Leonard has been developing people and teams with TMSDI for over 14 years. During this time she has delivered accreditation programmes and in-company development using the full suite of Team Management Systems instruments to a wide variety of public and private sector organisations around the world.

Janet also delivers presentations on the subject of high-performance teamworking to audiences across Europe, as well as supporting users of the Team Management Systems approach.

Fluent in German, Janet is a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems and holds a Degree in European Studies and a Diplom der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Diploma of Management Economics) from the University of Trier.

Mark Gilroy delivers accreditation programmes to public and private sector organisations, covering the full suite of Team Management Systems tools. He specialises in providing customised in-company and small group development and in assisting clients with their event designs and future programmes.

Mark is well-known to TMSDI clients as an enthusiastic and energetic advocate of the Team Management Systems approach. He delivers teamwork presentations at learning and development events and staff conferences, including regular guest lectures at a number of universities.

He holds the British Psychological Society qualifications of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A, B and B Plus) and a range of other development tools and profiles. Mark is also a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems. He has a degree in Psychology and a keen interest in the use of new technology in learning; particularly webinars and social media.

Sue Marwood specialises in the delivery of Team Management Profile accreditation to individuals and teams in public and private sector organisations via both open programmes and live webinar. She also advises clients in the design of their events and gives guest lectures at universities across the UK.

With a background in education and keen interest in how people learn, Sue translates her skills to the development of accreditation materials. She also manages the content of the TMSDI network member site and is editor of Totally Teamwork.

A French-language speaker, Sue holds a degree in Management Studies & French (BA Hons), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and is a TMS Master Trainer.

Sue O’Boyle has been working with managers, leaders, and their teams for over 18 years to achieve performance improvements and energised working environments.

Sue started her career managing European Executive Programmes for Wavin BV, part of the Shell Group, in the Netherlands. While there, she was also seconded to the TSM Business School, delivering management skills sessions for their MBA students and corporate clients.

Whilst working with TMSDI over the past 15 years, Sue has designed and delivered a range of management development programmes, team interventions and trainer training across the UK and Europe. During this time, she has also been a faculty member for KPMG, a lecturer for the National School of Government’s programmes and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education’s Strategic Leadership programmes.

A fluent Dutch speaker, Sue is a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Bob Young has over 20 years of experience as a learning and development professional, specialising in the financial services sector. He is renowned for delivering high quality solutions as a consultant and a manager in training, organisational development and management development. He now runs his own consultancy, working with organisations, teams and individuals to help them develop and change.

He is skilled in the design, organisation and facilitation of training and development activities, and has a record of delivering high quality solutions in a variety of settings.

Bob is a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems and a range of other development tools and profiles, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and an INLPTA Certified Practitioner in NLP. He has been a tutor for TMSDI’s accreditation programmes for 5 years, bringing a wealth of practical development experience into the learning mix.

Rachel Holmes has wide ranging experience in the travel, education and training sectors. She has worked with TMSDI for the last 15 years with pharmaceutical, banking, internet, legal and higher education organisations, plus a variety of public sector agencies and departments.

Rachel’s key areas of expertise are effective team working and interpersonal communication. A fluent Russian speaker, Rachel has lived and worked extensively overseas, and has a keen interest in cross-cultural development issues, as well as the challenges of cross-functional working.

She holds the British Psychological Society qualifications of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B) and an ICF and EMCC accredited Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching. She is a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems and other leading development profiles.
